What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the daytime programs offered. Although not specific for older adults, there are plenty of classes that are quite suitable for us older adults. The staff are wonderful and helpful and very personable.
I do miss the Gentle Yoga class though! And I think that Bebe is a wonderful instructor for all of her classes, she makes sure new people are welcome and explains the different exercises and she is very caring too.

I just use the facilities and equipment at this time and don't use any programs or activities. I particularly like the sauna, though. And I am VERY unhappy about rumors that we will converting to a unisex sauna in the upcoming renovation. I will probably cancel my membership if that comes to pass.
