Adequate weight training areas. Just need more decline-able benches. Also need to ensure that stretch tubing is reliably in functional and main training areas and that large inflatable fitness balls are inflated to max levels.
The weight room (free weights and machines) and the treadmills. I do wish that either the weightlifting room be no cell phones or clients go to lobby to use their phones. It is so frustrating when individuals take up a machine and ‘play’ on their phones! I am there to train and leave as time is limited.

There are varied programs for all levels of fitness and all levels of age.
The instructors I have had are all wonderful! I would like to mention JULIE and Nina.

Several group classes to choose from. Also North River is committed to the community with family-oriented programs for children as well as for cancer survivors and Parkinson's patients.

Variety of work out machines and classes available.
I started coming to the YMCA because of the Tai Chi classes. I enjoy both instructors, Shantih and Byron. Although the form of the Tai Chi itself is the same, during the warmup and cool down periods, each brings a slightly different approach, which I see as a positive thing, exposing the class to more options. Both instructors are assets to your facility.
I've walked through and viewed most of the remainder of the facility, but haven't yet made use of any of the other assets available. Perhaps in time, I will expand what I do at the Y, but currently, the Tai Chi classes suit my needs.
A large variety of sports, friendly staff, great location and price. Free parking is a plus.

Something for everyone

For the most part I am not really involved at the Y in any group activities. I mostly use the Y for swimming, and some strength training. With the heat, I have also used the treadmill some for runs. I like being a member of the Y for the flexibility it provides with regard to having multiple locations nationwide I can use for my workouts.
I like the variety of classes, equipment, and treadmills.
You employees are great! The equipment works. You have plenty of fun things to do.
Classes are diverse
They just keep me coming back and I feel better and am pretty fit to be 69 yrs old and that is because I have a group of people who keep me motivated and encouraged!
