I like the size of the place and it’s not so crazy crowded! The staff has been very friendly also!

Love the outdoor pool. I live in chattanooga and love coming to hear all the laughter and kids playing. I forget how big the cleveland facility is. Wish we were closer

The water aerobics is my favorite although I also use the treadmill beforehand.
I look forward to being greeted with a smile at the front desk because it sets the mood for the experience. I love the scripture verses on the wall. Lee and Niki are both excellent instructors and are very friendly. All the staff are ready to greet everyone even though they are busy performing their tasks.
I only had one bad experience at the front desk recently. There was a system failure and I guess she was frustrated.

Availability of exercise equipment - seldom crowded.
Good instructors, good exercise, friendly folks that care. I had an issue with a vehicle several months ago at the North River Y. This was at night and I called AAA to assist. When Mike saw me sitting in the lobby he asked me what was wrong. This was close to closing time. Mike told me to sit with him until AAA called because I didn't need to sit out in the dark by myself. Mike took time out of his day to help me.
I am thankful for the Y with the programs and wonderful folks.
There is always something to do and the teachers are always so encouraging. I love the atmosphere because it is so accepting and fun.

Cleanliness, options, space, staff
The convenience!! The ymca offers a range of activities and programs to its members so it makes it super easy to get a lot done. I love how they offer a child watch area for members with children. This gives everyone an opportunity to become successful with their individual journeys.
I joined because of Kelly and her classes they r the best. The best music and workouts. And she has a lot of classes she’s a purfect asset to the Y The food and fire place area is amzing
Improvements ! You need to add more air units to facilitate its to hot 🥵 particularly the weightlifting area and the pit being a non profit you could get some help or grant for this. Lots of others have said it’s to 🥵 hot not just me.
Women’s locker room needs bright white lighting to put on makeup just around the large mirror.
A microwave for women's Lounge area
Need several hooks to hang towels or clothing in the showers a bench w be amazing there’s no where to put a bag or sit down. Not all women want to walk around necked prefer to change or unchange in the shower Sports barn offers this but you don’t.
It was clean and easy to navigate, and the child watch was awesome!
The daycare is great, the facilities are great, and all the staff are always friendly.
