Great class, love i can drop in and everything is consistent to the studio i go to in Boston
love the instructors and the classes. Only downside is sometimes the classes get a little too full and we're stacked on top of each other.
I absolutely love Corepower Yoga and practice as often as I can. My only complaint about this particular studio is that classes are extremely full. I have taken several classes that are well over the capacity posted in the room (anywhere from 5-10 too many people). It's very frustrating as a black tag member, because I show up at least 10 minutes early to my classes to get a spot I like, and teachers never turn away anyone who shows up within moments of the scheduled start time, forcing a very unpleasant (and sweaty) mat to mat experience. I'd love for the studio to switch to a first come first serve basis, where spaces are limited based on the maximum capacity of each room.

It was my first time in America for my birthday and I saw a recommendation on Instagram for core power yoga. I was more than willing to pay for classes but as a newbie I got 7 days free which lasted for my trip... AMAZING!!! I tried both core power 2 and yoga sculpt and loved both, they were challenging and I left feeling like I had work hard but also nice and relaxed. The studio (Nob Hill) is so clean, well equipped, bright & spacious and every teacher I met welcomed me in ☺️ As a yoga teacher myself I would 100% recommend Core Power Yoga to anyone, beginners or advanced. Really like the teachers and classes. Would love if there was Hpf or core restore offered. C2 and sculpt get a little tiring after awhile. Otherwise love the studio.

Talia Greenwald is the best sculpt instructor I’ve ever had! Her cues are amazing and she has great energy. I would 110% recommend taking her class at nob hill.
