Sera was terrific!!! The class was full to the max but she kept the flow going and I never felt crowded. It was a great workout! We were all sweating and smiling at the end!! Loved it! Thank you Sera!!

I think the class I took was this girl's first class and it was AWESOME. Hardest sculpt class I've ever taken, in the best way. Good combination of cardio, arms, abs and legs. Definitely would take it again.

Amazing instructors!

I love Corepower-- from sculpt to C2, it's such a great workout. I do wish I had a bit more of a cardio option worked in but I get that by mixing in a spin class or short jog.

Core Power has great varied classes - yoga sculpt, Hot power fusion and Core 2 all designed to get you your best workout.and make you look and feel your best. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. If you travel a lot you can get the monthly and use their studios all over the country.

Love how clean the studio is! I also appreciate the fact that the classes are not fully packed- gives me more room to focus on my practice (rather than someone’s feet!)

Alexandra was great

I love the Nob Hill instructors, especially DeAnna, Kore, Talia, and Maggie. Improvement areas would be free towels. The membership is a lot of money for not many amenities compared to other gyms such as Barry’s and SoulCycle.

The studio is super spacious and welcoming. There are the perfect amount of lockers. The ceilings are high so studios don’t feel crammed. The vibe of the instructors are great! Haven’t really had any problems with any instructors here which is super nice.
