The Y is an oasis in every sense of the word. Sometimes it is so popular that there are not enough chairs in the pool area to handle the growing crowds; yet the pools are beautiful and the snack bars are very good as well. (For other exercise programs, I tend to use the Y in Arnold, which is closer to my residence.
Staff are professional, helpful and friendly. Facility is clean and kept up well.

I love the facilities and equipment. Most especially I love the diversity of classes that are offered. Every class that I have taken has been headed up with an amazing instructor - both in skill and temperament.

My daughter enjoyed her swim class so much. She gets very excited for her class and her teacher. Teacher is good with her skills and knows how to teach kid. Swimming pool was outdoor so for my 4 yrs old even in may and june temperature was kind abit lower side in morning .

I was welcomed by friendly smile at the front desk. Cody explained the membership to me and gave me the paper work to fill out. When I returned, I met Pat. Pat was very pleasant and completed my membership. Pat was very attentive and efficient. She made me feel welcome. On our first day, we met some of the life guards. They were very encouraging to my grandson as his did a test for his swimming ring color.
I have a profession in Customer Service. The Y is very customer focused. I am happy that I joined. Thank you Everyone.

The equipment is clean, there is usually someone around I can ask questions of. My only issue is that there is no place to do floor exercises. There uaed to me an area near the wall, but that is gone with the new contraption. All of the ActiveTrax routines call for floor exercises
