Your personnel staff are so outgoing and friendly. Sherri who helped us went above and beyond. God Bless all your families
Good instructor at the Thursday 9am Y in Pasadena. He also did a great class at the Arnold Y Monday at 9am. The facilities are well kept. Thanks.
the ability to exercise when I need to.
The staff are friendly. The facility is clean.
Great place , great staff, friendly guests! No issues and no complaints!
We signed up to Y after an issue with our above-ground outdoor pool. Now, even if we were able to afford an in-ground pool, we would rather go to the Y. It's a great atmosphere, very family-friendly, and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The swim league for kids is extra nice too.
The center has so much to offer! I signed my family up last week and we love it. My only regret is not becoming a member sooner!
The pool was awesome (which is most important to my girlfriend), the gym equipment is comparable to other big name gyms (most important to myself). So I’m those terms happy wife happy life!
We are excited about being first time members. The Pasadena location has a lot to offer.

The facility is great and the staff is so helpful and polite.
We are closer to the Y in Arnold MD, but we went to the Y in Pasadena because we heard the pools are especially good and swimming is our primary interest. The pools are impressive and well maintained, but the pool for lane swimming was too cold. We ended up using the family pool and doing water aerobics rather than lap swimming. We will probably not come back to this Y and will stay with the Y in Arnold.
Everyone we have met at both Y’s are friendly and very helpful. Both Y’s were clean. The women’s locker room near the pool was clean, but the showers have no place to put one’s clothes or bag - just a small hook for a towel. It was awkward. The showers in Arnold are better designed.
Very very nice place to bring the kids. Its clean and very large with a lot of nice equipment
Pool area is clean. Lifeguards are helpful. I do have a concern. I have observed several times in the past 3 trips to the pool that during adult swim certain lifeguards are ignoring the policy of not allowing children in the pool. it is unfair to the other children whose adults follow the rule to allow any child in the pool at that time.
My daughter said she enjoyed it.
Great equipment and staff personnel. I am able to get a workout in about two hours.
Nice pools with lots of observant life guards

The added life guards at the pool this summer are a welcome addition. With the very crowded conditions that exist on hot days, I have no doubts the children and adults are as safe as they can be. The staff seem very good with the children in the halls and locker rooms and treat them with respect. I am also glad for the addition of senior level exercise classes. I have been to only one so far, but with medical clearance I hope to take advantage of more very soon. Staff at the desk are always kind and courteous, and always greet you with a smile. They seem very well informed so they can answer most questions without making you wait to see someone else for an answer. Overall, I think the Y presents a very cordial and encouraging atmosphere for all ages, as well as a broad variety of exercise and healthy options.
