As a single mom of two children the Y has been an absolute blessing. The before and after program has enabled me to work my normal schedule with the peace of mind knowing my children are cared for and safe. The local schools also provide transportation to my local Y! Summer camps are amazing and again enable me to work while the children are having fun in a safe space. There are also Parents Night Out which give me a few "me time" evenings per month. I do not have family in the state so not much help or time off so having the couple nights per month has helped with my sanity. The gym and classes are always amazing and there are always extra activities especially around holidays! We absolutely love our Y family and highly recommend joining!

Would like to let you know that yesterday I was put off by a middle aged woman in the pool during my children’s swim lessons. She had her phone propped up on the cone that said reserved for swim lessons. She was either on FaceTime with someone or making a video of her swimming laps through the kids doing their lessons. I feel like staff should have told her that she needed to use the lap pool while swim lessons were happening

I’ve been a member at the Y for over 8 years. The staff have always been very professional, nice and willing to help with a smile.
Convenient and safe environment to exercise and meet friends. There are a variety of classes offered to meet everyone's needs, or I can go and just do my own exercise program.

There is everything one needs to successfully build strength, muscle, endurance, and guidance is available to help! I'm impressed.
So many classes to choose. It’s a fair price and classes are part of the monthly cost.
The close proximity to home allows me to access the facility more often. The friendly staff.
The employees are so friendly and helpful. The lifeguards made us feel like they really liked having us there and didn't mind our endless questions.

Convenient location
We just recently joined the Y with a 4 and 6 year old mainly for the pool and gym/childcare but they always have fun activities happening when we've been there that my kids have loved-family day with a petting zoo, making crafts or snacks available. I am looking forward to trying more that is offered!

Plenty of equipment; very nice staff (shout-out to Carrie at front desk on early shift M-F); clean; nice folks working out.
BTW, the new floors at Pasadena Y are great!
