Very satisfied with the swim lessons at the Y. Zack and Ana were great with the kids. My boys gained more confidence every week. Very pleased with our experience for swim lessons.

It is great way to get the kids running around inside during winter while also learning and practicing some soccer skills. Ms. Maggie is patient and enthusiastic.

The instructors Shauna and Lori are great! They are so encouraging and let each little person get comfortable at their own pace. It's a great environment for learning to like swimming from a young age, best $110 we've spent in a long while!

What do you like about your Y experience?

What I like about the Y-Parkville is the following:

1. Friendly staff.

2. Timely resolve of complaints

3. Clean. However, I am concern that inside the children slide tubes and wall rock climb is not clean and disinfectant. The slide tubes with the windows have the same old smeared finger prints an dr spot splashes. To keep our children healthy, please help to make our children safe by placing on your schedule periodic cleaning with the children's place house toys and mats and slides and rock climbing apparatus.

Lauren was very helpful when I joined. She explained the pool schedule and recommended times that there would be fewer people in the pool as I am recovering from surgery.
