I like the instructor and the train take good
I can use the exercise machines or do cardio with the stationary bikes or any combination. They are strict with wearing a mask and having your temperature taken.
I really appreciate the COVID protocols being followed, I see lifeguards cleaning the pool contact areas after each lap lane session. I appreciate the online reservation for lap lanes and the live person phone help to reserve lanes, and answer questions. Everyone is pleasant and helpful!answer
The Y offers a wide range of activities, classes, equipment and services that really make it a cut above all other facilities.

I like the open exercise machine area...especially as it is separated from the free weights area. Also, I like this pool (with the "deep" section in the middle instead of on the end) for working on my swimming techniques. The staff members are very helpful.
