The Parkville hours and location are very convenient. Every staff member is consistently kind and helpful. The facility staff is also very mindful of COVID concerns. It seems someone is always cleaning. Wipes are always readily available. In addition, they are great communicators. They answer questions promptly and readily explain any changes going on at the facility

The hours, the friendly, family-like atmosphere, the cleanliness and community involvement of Y of Central Maryland locations pre-COVID-19, during COVID-19 and post COVID-19.
Since the Parkville Y has been closed for renovations, I've been going to the Towson Y. While it is bigger than the Parkville Y, I'm going to return to Parkville when it re-opens. I'm finding that the equipment I prefer to use at the Towson location is outdated and some of it needs to be repaired or replaced. Also the selection of resistance machines isn't nearly as good as Parkville. I made a visit to the Perry Hall Y and found it somewhat lacking as well. Maybe it's just me, but the Parkville Y suits me better than the other locations, at least at this time.
