It is a great place to exercise. Your activities director, Shardae, is absolutely wonderful. The children have loved the activities she has scheduled for them, especially the tie dye shirts and the Halloween activities. I particularly like that the Y is a "family" experience, a place to share with the children, too, and brings families closer together.

1. The facility is nicely appointed and well equipped for all different exercise activities.
2. For the hours I attend (after lunch to 4:00 p.m.) the pool is very available for lap swimming.
3. Staff is pleasant and courteous.
I have just joined the Parkville Y. My interest is swimming. I have found the lap lanes available during the middle of the day when I like swimming best. The pool is not crowded, it’s clean and I like the temperature of the water. The staff is very helpful and nice.
The staff is friendly and helpful, there is a large number of equipment, and cleaning materials are readily available for those concerned with sanitation.

I really enjoy the Aqua Zumba classes with Yoko, wish she'd bring in new music to workout to. Too much of the same tunes, over and over for years.

The friendly staff and members. Pool has greatly improved. In the summer it was a disgusting embarrassment. Cloudy, bandages and trash in the pool and lifeguard sleeping on the side. I am glad that whoever cleans the pool is back on the job as I had begun taking gloves to clean the bottom myself.
I like the Y because of that friendly staff the friendly people that comes in there so family oriented I would invite my friends to my family my coworkers my church members my mailman my beautician I would invite my whole family and all my friends because that’s how much I love the Y I love Curl Michelle davit and the rest of the crew the trainers the instructors everyone has stole my heart from day ones I love my YMCA
