Friendly employees who always greet me with a smile as I walk in the door. Whenever I have a question about a new piece of equipment, there is always someone there to give me an answer. If it’s in the morning, it’s Debbie. If it’s in the afternoon, it’s Brian. I can’t see myself going anywhere but the Parkville YMCA.

Y is convenient to my home. I enjoy the water aerobics classes with Barbara on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in Parkville and yoga with Dave at Towson.
The friendly atmosphere and staff. The equipment is in good repair and clean. The swimming pool is a nice plus along with the fireplace area to relax and chat with friends.

At my particular Y facility (Parkville, MD), it's not as crowded as many fitness clubs are, so there's less waiting for machines to be available.

It is a great place to exercise. Your activities director, Shardae, is absolutely wonderful. The children have loved the activities she has scheduled for them, especially the tie dye shirts and the Halloween activities. I particularly like that the Y is a "family" experience, a place to share with the children, too, and brings families closer together.
