I love the community that the Y creates!
Let me change the question to: What do I see as a possible good Y experience?
Clearly, the Weinberg location is neat and convenient for a diverse population. The programs are without a doubt rather broad addressing a wide-range of physical needs. And, once the darn renovations are over and done with, there will be space once again for communal after-exercise get-togethers over coffee.
A number of folks, as you already know, are in their twilight years. Let's hope the next major renovation, prompted by yet-another new vision down the road, doesn't get underway in the few years left this twilight-years constituency.

Everyone there is so welcoming and pleasant to be around.....both instructors and members. Help is readily available if you need to use a new machine, or get a recomendation for which machine to use for your needs. There are so many classes thruout the year that there is always something new to try,I am convinced we have the best Y anywhere!
Im 71 years old i was made to feel relaxed i was greeted with by extremely profession and friendly staff No matter how many questions I asked responses were given with a smile from housekeeping to the front desk. The instructors of my classes are exceptional also I registered in your. swimming. class the director of. this section was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable at my age They are definitely a credit to the Y.
Everyone is friendly and helpful. There are lots of aerobic machines and weight machines to use.
