The classes
It was great, but I couldn’t find the time to come often enough to warrant the feed.
Every staff person I encounter at the Y are amazingly encourgeging, helpful, and genuinely happy in their Y employment! Bravo!
We loved the Y in Towson - it was a great place for our younger kids to get involved with sports and dancing. They learned to swim there and we spent rainy or cold days at the facility which was such a nice break from being cooped up in our house. My husband also got tremendous benefit from the Y cycling / spin classes. It was clean, friendly and the rec room was always a favorite place for us to visit after a workout or lesson with the kids. We've moved so the Y isn't a part of our lives currently but we will rejoin if we are ever locate near another facility.
Friendly environment, nice staff. Longer hours. Parking .kid friendly all hours of operation. Lots of equipment. Open view inside & outside of the building. Great sense of feeling safe & secure.
We love coming to the Y! Our daughter has taken multiple sessions of basketball, she just started swimming lessons, and we love coming there to swim as a family, too!
Everyone there is really nice. And the facility always looks great!

Oh my goodness it's more like what don't I like I love everything that the YMCA has to offer for adults everything for kids the people there are so incredibly friendly and amazing and helpful and I mean they just have everything and more that you could want.
The Y is a great place for families! We belonged to Merritt gyms before having kids. The Y costs the same for the whole family and there are so many great amenities for the kids. We are very excited for summer camp!

I love that the Y is diverse in all ways, friendly, welcoming, down-to-earth, clean, has good equipment and good hours. I love that it's a community place. Great value in the pricing, lots of instructor lead exercise classes, lots of classes from which to choose. The facility is clean and orderly. Folks at the front door always greet me on the way in and say goodbye on the way out....a very nice touch.
Instructors are skilled and friendly.
