Great pickleball program & wonderful community of people (all ages) who play. The instructor Terry McTeague is exceptional and the staff (Ken, John, Jasmine & Crystal) are very friendly and helpful. Am very grateful for all of them & highly recommend this Y to others!

Friendliest staff around! All locations are clean and well run. We take advantage of the activities for my 7 year old and he loves them. We love to just go and hang out in a safe fun atmosphere

I love being in such an inclusive environment every time I walk through the door . It’s the single most inclusive place in the community , hands down . That’s not an easy thing to create or foster , so bravo! I prefer your location over other Ys because it’s more airy , well lit , clean , spacious , and has a great selection of equipment that’s in good shape. I also enjoy the variety of classes that help me change up my workouts to acheive my fitness goals

The friendly smiling faces, from the moment I check in at the front desk, through my workout. I am retired, and the Y is a major source of activity and friendship.
I like the friendly atmosphere, the mix of customers and the variety of classes and activities. I am very disappointed, however, that you removed the torso rotation machine from the Towson Y. Can you replace it, please?

I love the sauna! I just wish there was a clock inside so I can know how long I've been in there, especially since it's a safety issue and being in there too long can be dangerous. Thank you!
Love the staff and the fact that the building is alive with people both young and old. would love to see more social programing, such as the knitting. For example, classes on diversity, travel, etc.
