What do you like about your Y experience?

The Y has saved our lives. My husband and I had 40lbs (each) to lose, as we approached middle age. I had always wanted to maintain a yoga practice, but kids activities, work, etc. always took the priority for scheduling. Then we joined the Y, with free yoga all day and evening, so I could find a class that worked with my schedule, even if it changed daily. So we built a different workout schedule each week, around classes, and made it work!!

I have access to the entire Y for such a reasonable price! The staff is always friendly and eager to help. the facility is clean and pleasant. There are many friendly people who coe to the gym. Its a great deal and a great place to keep myself healthy!
