The ymca has been great. The classes are outstanding. Everything is cleaned and everyone is distanced. I wish there were more times after work for classes. 5:15 can be early for me to make with work.
The Ward Y was a fantastic resource for my family even before the pandemic. Now, the Y has become a necessity. Our 6 year old has enjoyed having a safe, clean, socially distanced place to interact with other children. I feel confident that the Y has taken appropriate precautions in adapting the fitness room to continue to make it a safe place to exercise. The staff at the Y have remained unfailingly courteous and compassionate through these trying times.
They are there for you. Customer service is great and it is a fun place.

I go to the Y 5 days a week for several yrs now and I love many things about the Y. Its always clean. The staff are super friendly and very helpful when needed. The classes are very nice including the swim classes. I really enjoy the fitness room the most. I'm 64 yrs old and I like what the Y offers for me.
I love the pool for water walking since I am unable to walk without assistance normally. Everyone is very nice and the Y is always clean and inviting.

Cleanliness of facility, wonderful people, many fitness options available
I appreciate the efforts of Ward Y staff and management to establish procedures that keep us protected and safe. I only use the Lap Pool, and like the ability to reserve a lane. I would hope that next steps for would allow for more reserved time. In the past I have spent about and hour and a half to complete my swimming routine. If you would offer the ability to book consecutive hour blocks, without the need to even leave the pool while the cleaning is done for the other swimmers that have completed their swim, it would be appreciated.
All things considered I am very happy to be able to use the pool on a regular schedule again.

Staff, cleanliness, and .....THE LAP POOL !!!!!
My husband and I only use swimming pool. We very much appreciated the reservation system implemented because of the pandemic. Without it we could never be certain that a lane would be available when we arrived at the facility. And, now I can be assured that I will not be hit by another swimmer when forced to share a lane. My husband and I are both over 65, so these are important considerations for us. PLEASE plan on keeping the reservation system after the pandemic is over.

The instructors are great! I especially like the instructor that does the Aqua Arthritis class. She makes working out fun. Also it’s always clean inside the YMCA and that’s super important during COVID-19.
