Everything you need for the family to stay fit and have fun is located in one spot. Everything from water activity, workout equipment, all kinds of classes (including cycling) to rockwall climbing.
I love the variety of classes and events. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the facility is always clean and orderly. They also have a great seniors program.
The Y has been a blessing to our entire family for different activities, but the Y has had the most significant impact on our daughter Addy. She has done rock wall (level 1 & 2), swim lessons, soccer classes, and sports leagues. The programs are well run, engaging, and she absolutely loves her instructors. Special shoutouts to Jake, Becca, Evelyn, and Lisa!

I like how friendly everyone is. I like the variety of classes that are offered. I wish the lap pool was a little warmer. It is very difficult to get into.
The environment is warm and welcoming. My 3 year old felt comfortable to and through his swimming lesson.
Relaxed atmosphere
We enjoy the flexibility of the family pool. The mobility assistive devices and multiple depths make it a safe place for all ages and abilities. My daughter has multiple special needs , and she can navigate most of the pool independently.

We have been very happy overall with the Y and particularly love the preschool options! One area we are disappointed in is the open swim times. I get you prioritizing lessons/classes, especially if it’s making $ for you. But a working family with young children do not have great options for open swim. Most are during dinner, naptimes, bedtime hours. Would love to see some options for weekdays “after school”, not just until 4:20-4:30. Some schools aren’t done until 4! And dinner/bedtime begins at 6 for a lot of people. We are missing that open time from 4:30-6:00, which used to be an option on Tuesday/Thursdays. Can we bring these back?

Daniel, who is a trainer and provides orientation for new members, was fabulous! He taught me how to properly use equipment, how to design a basic workout, and encouraged me to sign up for ActivTrax to track my progress.
I have always been self-conscious about using weights and equipment at the gym, but when I went to the Y for my first solo workout, I was much more confident and had a really successful workout!
