A variety of great equipment that’s easy to use.
Muscle diagrams on equipment.
Friendly office personnel.
Variety of classes.
Very clean, sanitizer available to wipe machines for next guest.

I've been going since it opened, Im very comfortable there and meets my needs. I've changed my habits often to new ways of exploring what's best for me, as I'm aging.

Being in a friendly, comfortable, non-judgemental environment. I love the diversity of the members and staff. I am always met with a positive attitude when I walk in the door. The s nose of community is strong. The Y has truly become one of my favorite places.
