There are fitness classes for all levels of participants' fitness. I attend two classes that fit my needs as an older adult.

The Catonsville Y provides excellent classes, a clean facility, and the employees at the stay and play are good with the kids. They play with the kids more than they used to. Ms Lauren and Mr Austin (as my kids call them) work really well and play with the kids.

What do you like about your Y experience?

I am a new member and I have been treated so well I already feel like family. Huge kudos to Arnetta who helped me with my membership. Her sincerity and willingness to help is the reason that I knew that the YMCA CATONSVILLE was for me and for all those I care about. Referring them as we speak.

The instructors are great. The are present in the moment when they lead a class. They are friendly and always concerned if you are struggling and strive to provide a more appropriate move if necessary.

Feel like it’s home. Have been there 16 years. The staff is friendly and they always greet you and say goodbye too. Equipment is rarely backed up. Great facility.
