What the Y stands for in our community along with nation wide. It feels like family when you walk in. How the Y helps so many underprivileged families in our local area is never talked about but I promise you it is heart warming. So many kids wouldn’t have a warm coat, books to read or have so many friends. The U isn’t just a fitness center. It’s a place so many call home.
I love all the new equipment, especially the dynamic exercise space! It’s so easy to build a custom workout with a focus on functional strength and endurance.

The Catonsville Y has wonderful folks who make you feel welcome just by entering the front door. The Seniors that attend the classes are full of energy, friendly, and caring. I look forward to going to the Y, not only for the physical exercise but the people who are there.
