Generally been a pleasant time at all centers & all has been great. If I may suggest one area of possible improvement: I sometimes see staff cleaning the bottoms of a lot of equipment, parts of the machine that most of us would never care about and never touch. I think we all agree that it would be much nicer if the staff members wipe down high touch point parts of any apparatus. Also, The wipes that are used by customers dry up very quickly so perhaps we could have some squirt bottles out to add to existing wipes. Just a thought

It’s very clean and all the staff are very friendly. My granddaughter and I we love to go there.

I am very please as to how the Y of Catonsville has taken strict precautions and safety measures to ensure the safety of their facility. I usually do the lap swim and the cleanliness of the areas and the personnel that works there are friendly and professional.
Also the personnel at the front desk area always very friendly and courteous and always make you feel welcome.
The pool.
At the Catonsville Y, they care about their members. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. If you go frequently enough, they know you by name. And the sign of a quality organization is low turnover in employees. Which they have.

Staff and trainers teaching classes are awesome.
The friendly atmosphere , staff is very Covid conscious and very helpful.
Trevor is very customer friendly and willing to demonstrate and equipment when asked.
He also makes sure that you understand how to use the equipment in order to avoid injuring yourself.
There was clean and clear signage for safety temperature check and wipes. I took yoga and it was a good class not crowded but it’s just very hard to do exercise with a mask on. I still agree with the mask policy, but I may have to continue my membership in the future when the pandemic is over. I really come to the ymca for the classes so it makes me sad but i hope to rejoin in a year or so.

I swim there. It’s a nice well kept building. The pool and pool area are clean. They disinfect every hour. The locker room and showers are also clean. The staff and life guards are very polite. Good parking area. The entrance area is nice with the fire place. Will be able to enjoy it more when Covid gets under control but for now the staff is doing a great job managing the operation under the circumstances. Now that I’m used to the scheduling system for the lanes, it’s okay and I’m actually glad they are limiting the number of people. It makes sense.

good people , clean facility , everyone is so nice AND the people using the facilities are serious in their workouts but still willing to share some light conversation
It's well maintained and clean. Staff are friendly and follow protocol. Information is well communicated from staff to members
Feels like a family and love to help as much as possible from day care and health to helping the community .
