The time and care to make sure I have a good experience and haircut. In a busy day it makes a big difference to relax and let someone do something small like a neck rub.
I really enjoy my experiences at Sport Clips, from the people to the haircut.
She was very nice and did great on my son’s fade but left him with a bowl cut up too. It literally looks like the top of his hair had a bowl placed on his head and cut. When she was first done, it didn’t look like that. But the next day it was awful. He won’t leave the house without a hat. She did ask about the top being disconnected. But had no idea this is what she meant. He even showed her a picture of what he wanted. Definitely wouldn’t be going back. Have to go somewhere else and spend more money to get his hair fixed because I don’t trust her.!
