I really like getting my hair cut at Sportclips. I really enjoy the scalp massage and hot towels. I had Jessica this time and she king of hurried through that part. She did a good job, but needs to slow down and not hurry through the best part. I can get my haircut anywhere, but I go there only because of the hot towels and scalp massage.

In my experience, the UI & UX of your app and store check-in has potential, but could improve with a few small updates:
1) all other apps save my login & password with Google. While it IS actually saved, it never auto-fills with your app for some reason, requiring a "lost password" request, which requires a RESET and not simply a RECOVERY. This isn't banking or sensitive info here. Giving us our Password (PW) would be a much better option than forced reset. I wonder if it doesn't fill because of the URL...
2) Google does save the PW, but the base URL of the actual sign-in process is NOT at "Sportclips.com", rather, (https://checkin.salonultimate.com/...)!?? This makes it very difficult to even FIND the PW for your app/site with the Password Manager search. Nothing comes up for "Sportclips" search because of the arbitrary, external URL.
3) When I put in my ph. # to check-in at store touchscreen, it simply reloads the screen. No confirmation popup or message saying "check-in complete". Perhaps it flashed & disappeared very very quickly? The message was not clearly conveyed & I was left wondering what just happened, if anything.
