This was my first time going to Sports Clips and I could not have left happier. After 2 years of going from salon to salon trying to find someone who could cut my hair properly, I was fortunate enough to find Becca at the 6 Mile Cypress location. Becca was so nice and reassuring that she understood what I wanted and would be able to satisfy my request. Becca did not disappoint!! Upon completion I looked in the mirror and thought to myself, "Finally". It was a long time coming and I just can't say enough about Becca's expertise, friendly personality and the level of confidence she has in her talents and the way she was able to put my concerns to rest. During check out I thanked Becca and let her know I think she is a Keeper! Since getting my hair cut, I have had numerous people at work and around the neighborhood comment on how good my hair looks. I did not hesitate to let them know where and who took care of me. I will, without question be going to Becca from this day forward. Thanks again Becca, you're the best!!!
Your prices are too high
The woman who cut my husband's hair was the epitome of customer service. I'm sorry I can't remember her name, but she was the best we've had there!
Bare professional did a very nice job
I like the online appointment and the employees are pleasant and efficient. I’m 75 years old and only get a buzz cut or trim. Your senior varsity price borders on price gouging. When the MVP is $32 and the senior varsity is $29, that’s overpriced. I never get a shampoo and hot towels should only be used when you get a shave. The massage is kind of useless. Now if you did men’s manicure and pedicure, that would be amazing.
No pressure for a simple haircut
Love the app, shampoo, and massage. I’ve been there 8 times, had 8 different stylist and all have done a great job. Love that I can come by anytime and don’t need an appointment.
Lower the cost of a haircut or offer just a cut for $20.

I enjoy getting the MVP service. Very relaxing, and the hot towel is the best. The staff is all friendly and accommodating. I recently had a cut from Brooke. I would highly recommend her!

A very well-done experience. It's the one time as a man I get pampered!!. Here is a suggestion. When serving in the military in South Korea I got one haircut a month. The service provided was similar to Sportclips offerings. There was one additional item that I think would be enjoyable and an easy sell for your company. Offer a facial. Either independently or as an option with a package. Men would go for this. A little mint or eucalyptus facial lotion is applied after the haircut. It would fit right in with the walk to the hair wash sink and could be worn through the washing process. Then the facial could be removed with the hot towel treatment. I think you could get an additional $10.00 for this service. Maybe even some associated sales for the product.
If this works I would like 10% of the yearly gross on just the facials, although I am open to negotiate. Maybe a marketing job for corporate would be nice. I'm sure we could work something out.
I do think this service is elsewhere in the men's market. The beard thing is winding down. Look at your numbers for all things beard. I would estimate a declining revenue trend over the last 12 months of 1 to 1.5%. Time to fill the void. Ride the beard wave to the beach and be done, or pivot back out to catch the next wave. After all, it's only money.
