Friendly and quality stylists....
Convenient
I made a report last night. I would like to be contacted about the excessive charges for my 9 year old daughter Alivia Tindle to have her short hair cut. The cut was not even as I discovered at home and will have to again take her to have her hair cut to fix the cut and even up the back, trim it up so it no longer uneven at the bottom of her hair cut in the back.
I feel being charged for a hair cut only, no shampoo or extra services was extreme.
I was also not told this would be more then a 20.00 jr varsity cut.
By time I left and tipped 15.00
I paid 53.00 for her hair cut alone and it needs fixed in the end.
I need someone to please respond to me about these charges and accuracy.
I will be telling others to be aware of unmentioned cost.
I understand if her was long. But it was shoulder length and I saw no charges for thick hair would be different then thin hair.

Could have taken a little more time. I am not hard to please. I just see some errors. Not blended very well on the sides.
I am disappointed that Christina up charged me 18 dollars on my 9 year old daughters hair cut. I was not made aware, before her shoulder length hair, would be cut about 3 inches into a bob that I would be charged for a 28 dollar adult hair cut plus a 10 dollar style by Christina.
She told me when we walked in and I asked should we come back another day, because I realized it was already 6:30, no it’s fine. We close at 7:00. I instantly was concerned this might be a rush hair cut since she did mention the time of closing and we would be the second and third client taken care of.
The service was friendly.
However, once she up charged me I had to ask her should she be charged for an adult cut. Her answer was yes because it was think and took extra work. She had her in the chair for less time then her usual hair dresser and charged me 38 dollars plus had no problem taking my 15.00 dollar tip.
Once I got home and looked at my daughters hair I will now have to go some where else to have it fixed. It is not even, was not styled and for 38+ 15.00 tip I am surprised she didn’t at least get what was included in the charge for a 28 dollar adult hair cut plus 10 dollar extra style charge.
I will continue to bring my son Fletcher who his hair dresser Kristie was very friendly also. Did his hair styled it and left us 100% happy with his new hair cut. I wish I would have tipped her more. But Christina made me feel like she did more work and deserved the majority of the 73.00 bill I ended up paying for a 9 year old and a 7 year old child with a 5.00 coupon and I added on 20.00 tip.
I would like my money refunded or at least the 18.00 dollar extra charges. Because I have to go have my daughters hair fixed after she didn’t even take the time to make sure it was even. I have pictures!
Alexis is great. She followed my requests perfectly. I’d be happy for her to cut my hair again.
