The environment, the staff, the prices. My son loved his haircut. Although we only come down once or twice a year I am sure he will be getting his hair cut there again.

The store was great.
When I went on line to look up information about the store, I saw an offer for first time customers get free hair cut. I filled out my name and email and submitted it.
The store manager said I should get an email back with a code on it. I did not receive an email back. She said with out the code she couldn’t honor the offer.
I ended up paying full price.
You need to check out the offer process.

This was my first visit to a Sports Clops and it was excellent. The welcome, the stylist, the cut and the services were all top notch. The Port Charlotte location is brand new but everything worked without a hitch. Deborah, my stylist, was friendly, helpful, and did great with my hair. I will be back.

The whole experience was great, kinda like a mini pampering, very relaxing.Staff were very friendly and attentive. Brittany who cut my hair in particular. Also saw who I believe was the manager take a client to help with the wait time during a busy time.

Your stuff did a wonderful job I took my whole family in including my wife we all got haircuts myself I have my hair rather long so I just wanted to little bit of trim up and clean up but overall both my kids were very satisfied as well as my wife over all you guys did an awesome job keep up the good work
