What could we do to improve?

Make sure all of your stylists are as good as the one I got this time. I don't mind paying more for a cut if it is good, but when the stylists give me the same cut I could get somewhere else for $10 less, I will get it done by someone else.

My stylist was friendly and provided great conversation. Haircut looks great and went the extra 10 miles to make sure I had a pleasurable experience.

Add someone that is barber trained to do straight razor shaves by appointment. I think you could easily fill a very under estimated untapped market
