How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I bought the gift certificate at Christmas. It was supposed to be for a massage and haircut. When my husband went , she said “Oh no! Just a haircut. Ok he got a haircut! They hardly cut anything. He needs another haircut. But guess what ? Not there!!!!!

What could we do to improve?

The "Use Case" for Checking in is confusing. Sounds like it was probably a good idea during the pandemic, but now it's just added work for a walk in. It also doesn't take into account travel time.
