Make certain your employees know how to cut hair at a high level. When I ask for a trim, that's what I mean, not a full head cut and huge blending on the sides to the top
I really liked the way the shampoo and conditioner made my scalp and hair feel fresh and clean. The conditioner really made my hair feel healthy.
You apparently must have my information regarding how I like my hair cut saved in your computers because each time I come in, I don't have to describe how I want my hair cut. The stylist asks if I want it cut the same way as last time and then proceeds to do a great job.
I don't need an appointment, just walk in, There is never a long wait. I get a very easy haircut (basically a buzz cut), but it always looks good.
