Ease of service. Mobile check in. The stylist was really good with my 6 year old son! I think the cost for a simple cut is a bit high though, especially a kids cut.

I followed my stylist to Sports clips but I did not care for the overall experience. She was great and I love my cut but did not like the salon. The rest of the staff did not seem friendly and the stations were very tight. You definitely cater to a male clientele and I felt uncomfortable. My stylist needed assistance at checkout. Someone came to help but did not say anything to me or my stylist. I even felt uncomfortable for her!

Just felt price was high. 35 dollars. Trim was extra for gote. My regular barber charges 20 with blade shaving back of neck with cream not electric razor. Ain’t broke don’t fix it.
