They were very accommodating to me and my dogs needs.
I loved everyone’s dedication to the animals. They were exhausted, but still providing a warm, loving, playful environment. I loved being able to watch my puppy play over the webcams, and especially how exhausted he was after his day of play!
First off...from the initial call made to Dogtopia, it was great! They were patient, informative & attentive. Then, the welcome staff at the front are wonderful! The person in charge of explaining what to expect next, was just so detailed & knowledgable but above all very professional along with passion for what they do. Then, the day of dropping off our fur babies, staff run off to our vehicle to receive and unload our babies! Wow! That's great! A big factor that I would recommend Dogtopia is the availability they have for us to be able to watch our fur babies through cameras at all times (except rest time & at night). Love it!!! I will be back.

So far my first introduced to Dogtopia has been all positive. The Oreo ole, the facility and the ability to watch my baby while im anywhere!
My dogs love this place. They run up to the door and can't wait to get inside. I like being able to check on them throughout the day on the webcam. I can see for myself how the dogs are getting along and how attentive the workers are to each dog's needs.
My dogs Henry and Larry are a handful. The canine coaches know how to interact with them positively and productively. They make sure they can do whatever they can to keep my boys comfortable and engaged. Larry goes bonkers for Dogtopia! Henry is working up his confidence to love it too :)
Staff treat our Rai-Ann like family. When driving her there, she knows when we're getting close and gets excited.

In this Texas hot summer the dogs are kept indoors. The whole place is presto clean. Lot's of inter action with the dogs.

Our dog is a large puppy and can be a lot at times and takes a minute to adjust to other dogs around him. The staff at Dogtopia are wonderful, and so patient and great with him and gave him the time he needed to adjust, so that he was able to have a fun day of playing with other dog friends. It’s so nice to have staff that have the knowledge and patience to deal with large, high energy puppies. We love knowing we can bring him in for a day of fun, and it will be a positive experience for him!
I was impressed with the organization of the place, and even more pleased when I met the owner, Ben, and Heather at the front desk. They were warm and friendly and it was obvious they love the dogs and value their clients. I was only there for a Meet & Greet, but it was a very positive experience and I’m taking my dog back for a free day before leaving him there for a few days while I go out of town. And their app lets me check in and actually watch my dog whenever I want. I’m very pleased so far!

I rescued my dog back in December, and I was a little nervous about taking her into doggy daycare. However, the Dogtopia staff made me feel super at ease. Also, I could see my dog in the other room, and could tell the staff was being very attentive to her. She couldn’t have had more fun.
