The Staff is very nice and always see lots of smiles. I love that there's cameras so we can check on our pups to see how much fun they are having. Dogtopia is very customer driven- I love that the staff has a great sense of urgency to get our pups in and out of our vehicles. I hardly ever have to wait. Dutchess has been boarded along with spa day and weekly been going to Round Rock Dogtopia coming up close to 3 years. The staff is awesome!
My dog loves going, he starts freaking out as soon as I pull into the parking lot. He seems happier to see Dogtopia staff than me when I pick him up. He gets so much exercise and doesn’t get cranky about bedtime on his Dogtopia days. Everyone there is so friendly and it’s clear how much they love and care for everyone’s dogs.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. They are always willing to go the extra mile. Phoebe gets excited every time we pull up to the building.
My dog is always happy to go to Dogtopia. Never even looks back when they take her in. Staff is super friendly. Very clean establishment.
Love the app, easy to schedule and quick approval for boarding. Love that I can see my Teddy via video during the time he is there. He looks happy when I pick him up, he does not come out smelling bad either (I had that happen at other doggie daycares). I love that they spray his things after boarding too. They don't breed discriminate (also had that happened to us at other places where they wouldn't even assess Teddy at all because of his breed mix). Dogtopia does a thorough intake and temperament test before you can schedule anything and as long as they pass it's all good. Love this place.

Toby absolutely loves coming to Daycare. We are not able to use the services as much as we would like to due to living further away. When we are able to use Dogtopia of Round Rock, Toby comes home happy and exhausted, which is a great thing for a 1.5 year old puppy and puppy parent!

I really appreciated the attention to detail and the great staff that showed me around and answered my questions. They made my puppy feel very comfortable and he loved his first day!
The staff is so friendly. They showed me around the facility and explained to me what my sweet girl would be doing during her meet and greet day. I’ll use them for daycare once every other week so my girl will get over her social awkwardness. I’ve already decided to board her their this summer for a long weekend.
Everyone is so caring and helpful with my murphy. They also help me with any questions I have. They treat him with amazing care and greet him like he's their own. I would definitely recommend anyone to Dogtopia.
I liked how friendly the staff was, how clean the place was and how they take some of the dogs and rotated them in and out of the play area when a new dog comes to visit. Especially one that they know are more aggressive. They had staff members in there to watch over the dogs while they were in the play area. I thought it was a very nice facility.
Everyone at the Dogtopia in Round Rock is extremely nice and attentive to our baby. She comes back from doggy daycare so happy!

I really appreciated the outstanding professionalism and teamwork from the staff. The meet and greet went really with a smooth and methodical transition for Saint. The entire process was easy to follow and comfortable to experience. The clean facility and welcoming sign with Saint’s name on it was just added touch that made a difference. We learned so much from beginning until the end of the appointment. Thank you again for the outstanding work and important feedback. It was an AWESOME and MEMORABLE experience!
