Customer service is excellent! Feels great to know that our pets, also considered family, are in caring hands.

Our dogs are VERY excited to go to day camp. As soon as we turn in the parking lot, they both start to whine to get out of the car! They would not behave this way if they did not feel safe and happy while there. One of our dogs, Marbles is VERY afraid of new people and things. He was the first of our two dogs to feel comfortable going to Dogtopia. Both dogs visit at least once a week for camp. This last time they dragged me into the building and didn't look back as they went to the Toy Box.

I love that the Dogtopia staff are so friendly! they have a great sense of urgency during drop offs and pick ups. It really helps in the morning when they make the effort to grab our dogs on the way to work. You all work real hard and have a great customer service. I would recommend them always!

Jasmine was happy and clean when I picked her up and I trust you guys to take good care of her. The only thing was that she came home with Kennel cough even though she is vaccinated against it.

Very easy to drive up and get my best friend in. She doesn’t balk the way she does at the vet which means she’s given you the ‘four paws up.’ The entire operation seems to work smoothly, and I like the ability to see live video.

The folks at Dogtopia Round Rock are some of the most caring individuals I’ve had the pleasure to work with. They’re very adaptable and will work with all types of dogs. I had a super energetic dog and a deaf dog and they were extremely patient and understanding with them. I trust them enough with the care of my new deaf puppy now.

Our Toby loves Dogtopia of Round Rock He jumps out of the car and never looks back, when we pick him up he is happy and exhausted and smells good too! Can’t ask for more!

I rescued my dog back in December, and I was a little nervous about taking her into doggy daycare. However, the Dogtopia staff made me feel super at ease. Also, I could see my dog in the other room, and could tell the staff was being very attentive to her. She couldn’t have had more fun.

They were very accommodating to me and my dogs needs.

I loved everyone’s dedication to the animals. They were exhausted, but still providing a warm, loving, playful environment. I loved being able to watch my puppy play over the webcams, and especially how exhausted he was after his day of play!

First off...from the initial call made to Dogtopia, it was great! They were patient, informative & attentive. Then, the welcome staff at the front are wonderful! The person in charge of explaining what to expect next, was just so detailed & knowledgable but above all very professional along with passion for what they do. Then, the day of dropping off our fur babies, staff run off to our vehicle to receive and unload our babies! Wow! That's great! A big factor that I would recommend Dogtopia is the availability they have for us to be able to watch our fur babies through cameras at all times (except rest time & at night). Love it!!! I will be back.
