My daughter and I both love the teachers/coaches. They do a terrific job amid some pretty trying circumstances -- what they do is not easy, and we appreciate it. The after school program has provided my daughter with much-needed time to play, to socialize, to do homework, to just decompress following school and any other activities.
Offers Silver Sneakers fitness classes. Lover instrustor of our class the and the workers are so welcoming. Thank you help the seniors to stay fit.And all other programs for us. Thank You!!!

Everyone is friendly and helpful. I enjoy trying to stay healthy and somewhat fit after recuperating from health concerns.
People (staff and members) are friendly, respectful and courteous. The faciliy is kept clean, there are tons of Group fitness classes and they offer Les Mills! The instructors are professional and talented.

The equipment machines are of great quality and all in working order. The facility is clean and everyone at the front desk is very friendly and kind. Plus the programs available are a huge variety to meet anyone’s needs. Great job!

The after school program offered through our New Tampa YMCA has been such a blessing to our family this year. My son not only comes home with his homework complete, but he feels supported by the counselors and other students. It's also financially comparable to other programs, but the value is much higher!

Gym is clean. Lots of equipment. Lots of space. And Susannah at front desk. Does her job well and always does it with a smile. She took the time to find me a Livestrong Alumni group that meets a night at a different location. I am sure I spelled her name wrong.
The staff is very friendly and concerned with the people who come in to be helped. They make you feel like family of the “Y” always.

As a recent new member I find it to be a well equipped place to do Personal Training exercises, and other activities. The staff at this YMCA are all very friendly and willing to help out in any way they could.
My Personal Trainer, Lynwood Gross-Vandross is very helpful and trains you at a pace according to your ability and works to improve your ability at every session. In my view, Lyn is a very qualified Certified Personal Trainer and respected by all who know him.
I feel that if Lyn has the patience to work with this 81 year old guy, he could certainly improve upon anyone who takes Personal Training sessions with him and he is flexible with his time schedule.
