I am new to Tampa and enjoy going to the YMCA. The instructors for the Active Older Adult classes are excellent. I tried to enroll in the Live Strong program but not real sure when the classes meet. Name removed

This YMCA is close to my home, so it is convenient since I work out every day. I've become friends with many of the people, so it feels like my very own social circle. I find the trainers very helpful, and they provide valuable advice. They instructed me on how to use many of the machines that would be beneficial to me. If I have an injured part of my body, they show concern and suggests ways to heal the injury.
It is a positive place to go, and I am always greeted with a smile. I look forward to going there every day.

The variety of activities and support are wonderful. Fitness class instructors are the best. The facility is clean. The pool is wonderful. No complaints.

The staff are awesome. To name two: Haley goes above and beyond on a regular basis; Michelle is always upbeat and informative. The programs are set up to apply to many different needs and abilities. The lifeguards are attentive, especially Jude. I feel welcome every time I go there.

I would recommend the Y because the instructors and staff are terrific and caring. Plus I've met tons of people that I now call my friends there at the Y.
