The service men were polite, hard-working, and communicated what they were going to do. We had our duct work cleaned one day by two men, and our carpets cleaned a different day by one man. In both cases, I was contacted when they'd arrive and when they were done they gave me pertinent information. I will definately use Zerorez again.

Every time I've had Zerorez in any of my homes, the process has been easy to book, the technicians show up on time, and the service and the end result is excellent.

Requesting service was easy via internet and the company was very accommodating to the date needed.

The technician was pleasant and efficient. When coming in through the front door they seal the opening with a temporary plastic type door which i thought was great avoiding the cords/hose rubbing against front door. The technician cleaned up after the work. A The sectional dried within the time period said.
