Zerorez is great and unfortunately we've had to use them more than we wanted to. The technicians are always honest and straight forward. Their advice is usually based on what's best for the consumer and not is what's best for the bottom line. They're magicians when it comes to cleaning white carpet as well. Highly recommend!

Do not soak the rugs which then takes 4 days to dry yet your process does an amazing job. Want to also say Merrick our technician, was incredible. All areas came out perfect, especially the stairs and area rug which I have to say were not done as well by past technicians from Zerorez. He took all precautions to prevent damage to furniture, walls and our beautiful wood floors. Would rate him a 10 plus. Sandy Southard
