I was very happy with the results of my upholstery cleaning! The furniture had never been cleaned and it is 27 years old! It is good Marshall Field's furniture but my wonderful dog rubbed himself on the couch after his dinners and I didn't want to stop him and mess with his process. Zerorez cleaned this couch, chair and ottoman perfectly! I could not believe how good everything looked. I highly recommend this company and I am going to get another couch and ottoman cleaned in the near future!

The technician arrived ahead of schedule and, after walking with me to view the carpeted areas to be cleaned, he thoroughly explained the services to be provided. After finishing, he took the time to discuss with us when we should walk on our carpets.
