The biggest thing I like about Zerorez was there was no smell when i walked into the house. It didn't have that chemical, soap smell. I very much liked the dry time and was happy to be able to move items in the next day without fear of it being still damp. The tech that came to my house was extremely friendly and explained everything he was doing to me which help put me at ease. The entire process from a rep coming to my house and giving me the quote to the follow up calls from customer service to the tech actually being at my house was an easy and professional process. My carpets look great!

kevin was very professional and friendly..he explained what he was going to do..he cleaned the grout in my bathroom it looks brand new.. we had carpet that was installed in 1995 and it looks brand new too. he got all of the stains out of that carpet..

some of the pet stains didn't come out but at least it doesn't stink...i have already told 3 of my friends about zerorez...

The service technician was very nice, explained the process very well. I like the no chemical because of my cat. After 6 years of not cleaning the carpet, the carpet actually cleaned up nicely.

I like that chemicals are not used so its safe for my cat and for my bare feet. The cleaning was done quickly and the technician was great at explaining everything and answering my questions.

That you only use water, but it got the carpets clean! (Even the "pet spots" that we'd been unable to get out ourselves! :)
