I tried Zerorez because two other companiers (Stanley Steamer and Chemdry) did not do very well. I am very impressed with the results. Zac was excellent in explaining the process and a pleasure to work with.
This is my second time using Zerorez. Both times the tech arrived as expected after a call letting me know he was on his way, the carpet was cleaned as expected, and this time the tile was cleaned bringing the grout back to its original color! Very happy with the services. The techs were both very professional and explained what they were doing, and the price was as expected.

No soap. There is no residue. However, it did take longer to dry than I had anticipated. I was told initially 3 to 4 hours for drying. The technician told me 8 to 9 hours. We are at over 36 hours now and there are still damp spots. Perhaps it just took that much water to clean my carpet. Not angry, just surprised.
