Zerorez made this a super easy process. I called Brad and met him out on one of my commercial remodel projects to see if they could get some grease and other stains out of the owners' carpet. They said yes and then got back to me with a quote. We scheduled the work out several weeks. They called a few days in advance to confirm the date. Several hours before scheduled, they called me to confirm and discuss any last minute changes.
When I saw the cleaned carpet, I was very pleased with the results, I didn't think it could be cleaned that well.
I will be looking for ways to use this team again in the future, excellent process, terrific results.
