This was a pleasant experience for us. Your employee called 20 minutes before arrival and was right on time. We went through what was to be done and he went right to work. Our carpets turned out excellent, as did the chairs he cleaned. After the cleaning he instructed us on what to do and what the drying time should be. We will be using this company again and tell others about our experience.
