The carpet cleaner was very nice and went out of his way to do the carpet after I didn't hear him at the outside door. I very much appreciated his endeavor. Very nice young man. The carpet looked nice and that look would have stayed if the carpet wasn't 10+ years old. But stains were showing the next day. It needs to be replaced but unless you move the furniture out, that won't happen! SAD for senior residents.

The technicians were kind and listened to special requests made. The carpets look better and made the house smell good too. Sorry I did not give technician Matt and his partner a tip--I did not know we should have.

The person who cleaned our love seat and sectional couch did a fine job. There are a couple of spots that didn't come out, but they are not all that noticeable. The worker arrived on time and went about his work efficiently and with minimal fuss. All in all, it was a very good experience.
