Liked that once the appointment was set up, I heard shortly before the arrival that Matt was on the way. He first looked with me at the rooms where work needed doing and then set about calculating which parts could be done as spot-cleaning, in an attempt to save me a little money. He did a thorough job explaining to me about old stains and worked steadily the entire time.
I like that no residue is left in the carpets too. Efficient and left the rooms feeling clean.

I liked the ease of scheduling online. I appreciated the phone call in advance of arrival with an ETA so I wasn't waiting for the full 4-5 hour slot of time selected. The person who cleaned my ducts explained the process thoroughly and answered questions that I had. All in all, it was a good experience.
