Client Testimonials
They are patient and understanding and pass no judgement. There is no emphasis on where you should be but a praise of where you are. This is something that is so often missed and ignored in my personal life that coming to practice reminds me I am human and that's ok.
The instructors always seem very experienced and confident. They also do a great job of encouraging the class and reminding everyone to do what's best for them in their practice.
Tina always leads very powerful classes.
502PY is a welcoming studio for all levels of yogis. It makes all the difference for someone like me who does not practice regularly, and can have "on" days and "off" days. The staff is incredibly friendly and gracious. Instructors who really practice what they preach. Great workouts every time, and a commitment to involving the community. Everything I look for when choosing local businesses to patronize.
Clear, well-paced instructions
Positive, enthusiastic with helpful suggestions during the poses. Accessible and friendly for beginners.
Everyone is very friendly and inviting. People really seem to enjoy going to the studio
She was helpful, but still kept the mood light. It made the class feel more approachable.
She was fun and purposeful. She kept it light but was in complete control. She moved quickly and yet I didn't feel rushed. A great command of a packed room.
Shared things in common. Patient
Easy to follow. Even if I didn't know the pose she explained them well
Becky was very welcoming and reassuring. I haven't been to a yoga class in many years and she was very reassuring and helpful.
Jamie Calzi is so open, expressive, and experienced. She instructs you so well on getting into and out of the poses. She gives options and truly practices being present and pacing yourself to your breath. What an added bonus to get adjustments during class by Melissa.
I felt included. And that even though it was my first time I was welcome. Tina was awesome. So encouraging and helpful.
Friendly and welcoming, very knowledgeable. Always positive.
I love the atmosphere and the energy. The music is amazing and gives me motivation. The work we put in is hard, but doesn't ever feel like we're in class for very long. I enjoy that feeling because I dislike working out all the time :)
So nice, so open, and so friendly. Also, try their best to give individual attention to every person there.
I love the environment. Everyone is so extremely sweet and always has a positive attitude that really rubs off on you
Darsi - Upbeat attitude, easy-going, non-threatening, allows us to move at our own pace.
Kind, patient, varies workout
Friendly, welcoming, encouraged me to go past the point I thought I could go, hands on assistance to deepen a stretch or get more out of a pose
. This was my first Yoga class I've attended anywhere and definitely will not be the last. Sarah was very kind and well spoken. Sarah gave great direction and a lot of things she was saying resonated extremely well with me. . I never felt as if I was lost throughout the class. Thank you for a great class. Can't wait to come back.
welcoming, no-pressure atmosphere
I like the comminity oriented atmosphere and the instructor's ability to foster a mindful practice that pushes me.
Very aware. Help with poses, gently. I don't feel intimidated. Everyone is so friendly. I feel welcome and people remember me.
Stephanie's class is always great. I like how she incorporates some core, balance and abs right into the beginning of class for warm-ups.
I went to the class at 6:15pm on Tuesday with my friend, Kelly. I've gone to a few local yoga studios and this by far was the most enjoyable. I felt at home. The instructor was friendly yet focused which can be a tough balance. I thoroughly enjoyed my first hot yoga session. :)
Cat and Mimi have been awesome! They throughly explain and demonstrate each pose giving modification for each of them. They are very encouraging especially when someone is struggling. It has been very enjoyable.
