My husband and I took the 9am Sunday class that was taught by Chelsea Raff. Chelsea led the class with such enthusiasm. You can tell she enjoys teaching. As usual , we left 502 sweaty but energized- positive "vibing" all the way back to Indianapolis.

I've only practiced with a few instructors and they've all been awesome and teach in their own unique way. I try to attend Stephanie's R&R class every week because it was my first class I took there and I love it. I remember that first day well and how scared, anxious, nervous, and out of my element I felt beforehand. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Once we got going Stephanie put me at ease and was so helpful when I needed it. I didn't feel like I was out of my element anymore and was already looking forward to coming back. I love the way she teaches and her class can be pretty challenging which helps us grow. It's always different, but with the same focus on hip opening and what I like to call a little soul therapy. I'm so thankful I ended up here at 502PY. It was by chance and has really made a difference in my life and wellbeing.
They are so friendly and encouraging! They push you in class while also encouraging you to listen to your body.

She is very personable and knowledgeable about yoga (and exercise, in general). It's always fun and comfortable to attend a 502 Power Yoga class.
Megan did a really great job of making the class fun, assisting throughout the class, and just overall providing a challenging but enjoyable yoga practice.
