Everything is great. Except the price

I like how all the staff and camp leaders are involved with the children. I appreciate the courtesy and attention at the door with safety being a top priority.

Very flexible

Every time a camp teacher calls it’s from a different, unidentifiable phone number so I missed an important call. Very disappointing! Then, the following week when I tried calling that number back for a different reason, a man answered and didn’t know anything about my son or who he was.

On a separate time someone from your Sand Hill camp called me, it came up from San Juan Puerto Rico so I thought that one was a solitication until I played her voicemail.

Very unprofessional Directors as there are no offices to speak privately and no resources are provided, they simply report on behavior only. So much for being a community resource!

My children enjoy their time at the ymca and they have build relationships with the kids there.

My daughter First name removed was so well excepted at the YMCA program. First name removed has Down Syndrome and all of the Kids remember her from last year and help her feel so welcome. Many of the teachers are such good care of her. They are aware of her special day and always encourage her to try new things and meet new friends. The activities that she is involved in our own ways physically and mentally engaging for her which is very good for her progression. I always feel a sense of security and positivity when I drop her off. This is very important to me and knowing that she is well excepted and is involved in all activities is very priceless to me thank you.

I loved the daily feed back from the instructors. They where understanding to our situation and looked out for my boys. My boys really enjoyed camp and will be doing it again next year.

Summer camp is amazing and has been since my now 20 year old son was 5, both he and my daughter attend(ed) and they both had Mrs Jenn, she is nothing short of amazing and makes my daughter feel cared about and she is the reason we come back year after year! She has become part of our family. The structure and counselors are amazing

I love the different activities the kids had to choose from each week. My child had a wonderful time this summer and looks forward to next summer!!

I love all the crafts and the stories my daughter comes home with! Water day is very cool and now the camping theme is fun.
