Large variety. Aquafit class is too large for the size of pool available to get proper workout. Going back to regular swimming.

Friendly environment with lots of fitness options from wellness center, yoga, group classes, swimming, tennis, etc.

Love water aerobics, and love the instructors are encouraging and knowledgeable, There are many other opportunities to join various workout groups, so for the ones I have tried the instructors are encouraging and supportive.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I’m thankful for the outdoor pool and the water aerobics classes. It allowed us to get back to an exercise program. Having an at risk family member, I’ve felt it’s been too much of a possible health risk to exercise in a gym or class.
