Friendly and helpful staff. Complete compliment of equipment for my needs along with comfortable setting.

One request: The abdominal crunch bar recently broike. That is an important component of my fitness regimen, along with that of many other members. We all sincerely hope that equipment is repaired or replaced.

The range of classes, all the instructors are amazing. The front door staff always very friendly when you come in & always makes me feel welcome.

I have had trouble with the app. & emails. I recently attended a lunch and learn my confirmation email said 12:45 when the class actually started at 12 :30. I missed 15 minutes and interrupted the class.

I like the variety and frequency of classes and the fact that I can work out close to home and also at other Ys.
The Zumba teachers are top notch as well as the body pump instructors.
The facility is clean and there's plenty of parking. I like that I get notifications if the facility is closed for weather related issues.

Helpfulness from reception staff. I like the silver sneaker classes and the professionalism of the instructors....Theresa, Kim, Kerry are the ones I know.
The facilities are clean.

The instructors are amazing. Everyone who is in my classes are supportive and kind.

My only complaint is parents who allow their children in classes without supervision. I've taken a few classes where 1 child was in the class and disruptive. In all honestly, this person may have been over the age of 18, but with a disability. Having someone dance, sing, and dance during a yoga class is very disruptive. I am all for the classes are for ALL, but I believe a responsible person should attend with those unable to understand the expectations of the class.
