Only come for Boom Move and Muscle with Michelle De Joy, instructor. Love her classes! Had a sub, Susie, yesterday who teaches Zumba classes and may try those sometime.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I am a big fan of the pool with the deep water aerobic classes. The staff at the Y is great, our instructors are professional, knowledgeable but make you feel they are taking care of just you. And I have met many very nice people in the pool and made a few good friends. All good.

Everyone is polite and helpful. We are in the Enhance Fitness class and appreciate the leadership and positive encouragement of staff.

Great facility and friendly people. They have everything you need to keep fit. They just need more classes like Silver Sneakers because they fill up too quickly and are rarely available.

Excellent yoga instructor (Suzanne) and a fun, well-run swim team. Always clean, front staff always friendly and accommodating
